These Terms and Conditions of Hack-Box (“Seller”) apply to all contracts for the delivery of goods concluded between a consumer or entrepreneur (“Customer”) and the Seller with regard to the goods presented in the Seller’s online shop. The inclusion of the Customer’s own terms and conditions is hereby rejected unless otherwise agreed.
These Terms and Conditions shall also apply to contracts for the delivery of goods with digital elements and to contracts for the provision of digital content unless otherwise stipulated.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership acting in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
The product descriptions in the Seller’s online shop do not constitute binding offers but serve to enable the Customer to submit a binding offer.
The Customer submits a legally binding offer by placing goods in the shopping cart and completing the order process by clicking the final order button.
The Seller may accept the Customer’s offer within five days by confirming the order by email, delivering the ordered goods, or requesting payment.
If the Seller does not accept the offer within five days, the offer is deemed rejected and the Customer is no longer bound by it.
Order processing and communication take place primarily via email. The Customer must ensure that their email address is correct and that emails from the Seller can be received.
Consumers are generally entitled to a right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers residing outside the European Union whose delivery address is also outside the European Union at the time of contract conclusion.
All prices listed are total prices including applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are listed separately.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional costs such as customs duties, taxes, or transfer fees may apply and must be borne by the Customer.
Payment is accepted exclusively in Bitcoin (BTC).
No other payment methods (including PayPal, credit cards, bank transfers, or third-party payment services) are accepted.
The Customer must send the full invoice amount in Bitcoin to the wallet address provided by the Seller during checkout. Orders will only be processed after confirmation on the blockchain.
The Customer is responsible for any transaction fees required by the Bitcoin network.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.
If delivery fails for reasons attributable to the Customer, the Customer bears the reasonable additional costs incurred.
Risk passes to entrepreneurs upon handover to the carrier and to consumers upon delivery unless the Customer appoints the carrier independently.
The Seller may withdraw from the contract if goods are unavailable through no fault of their own. The Customer will be informed and reimbursed.
Self-collection is not possible.
Digital content is provided via direct website access, download, or email.
The Seller grants the Customer a non-exclusive, unlimited right to use the digital content for private purposes only unless otherwise stated.
Transfer to third parties or reproduction for third parties is not permitted without written consent.
Usage rights become effective only after full payment has been received in Bitcoin.
Ownership of delivered goods remains with the Seller until full payment has been received.
Statutory warranty provisions apply unless otherwise stated.
Consumers are requested to report visible transport damage, but this does not affect their legal rights.
The Customer must provide all required content and guarantees that no third-party rights are violated.
The Customer indemnifies the Seller against all third-party claims including legal costs.
The Seller may refuse orders containing illegal, extremist, racist, discriminatory, offensive, or violent content.
Promotional coupons may only be redeemed in the Seller’s online shop within the stated validity period.
Only one coupon may be used per order. coupons are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and are not refunded in case of withdrawal.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding international sales law. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
